- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2 FIRST CLERKS TAKE DOWN YOUR INFORMATIONS ARE SO RUDES!!! My wife stand inline for good 10mins and finally got to the clerks they said we were missing a couple of info and so we did filled it in and try to go back to clerks and get our registration ticket, they told us to go stand inline from where we first started, it was just a print out ticket for waiting that is all and now my wife has to go back inline and it is about 15 peoples ahead of her OMG! THIS PLACE IS SO RUDES AND RIDICULOUS!!! NOW IT'S OVER AN HOUR OF WAITING AND STILL 4 PEOPLES AHEAD OF US AND IT IS ONLY 1 COUNTER CLERK IS WORKING. THIS PLACE FULL WITH RUDES AND RACIST OLDS AND YOUNG FOLKS. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE IF YOU HAVE AN HOUR OF YOUR TIME.By Jack Moul, April 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried to call before we came to make sure we had a title issue sorted out before we arrived. On hold forever. Decided to accept the machine's offer to call us back and when it called back it was the machine again - and it put us on hold again. Finally got through to a real person. He was hard to understand and he wouldn't answer our question. He just kept saying the same answer, which didn't apply. Getting nowhere, he said he would turn it over to his supervisor and have him call us back. No one ever called back (it's been a three weeks). We ended up going to the Wilmington RVM and they treated us much better.By Christie Allred, December 30, 2016
