- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible! After this experience I will not use Bank of America again, after shutting all of the accounts that I have with them. Bobby W, who claimed he was the branch manager was unable to resolve my problem. This was a very RUTINE matter -- another bank solved it in 10 minutes. Moreover, they became non-responsive, and unwilling to let me contact any supervisor. Bank of America is the bank people complain the most in the USA (just Google it) -- but the incompetence of Bobby W and this branch is off the charts.By Flaviu Iepure, October 10, 2016
